Products good, customer support not so much. I purchased 3 different products. I like the fit, the design, and the color. The website says items ship either that day or the next depending on when the order is placed. Mine was placed before the cut off but shipped 5 days later. Not good. I wrote the company about this, it took 3 days to respond, and I got a squishy response that didn't address my concern.
