We love Silipint cups! I have bought Silipint cups for my whole family and just received an order for more that will be part of their Christmas presents. I ordered a Winter Icicle cup and received a plain light blue one. I called to let them know and the customer rep Joy was very quick to resolve and kind. She gave me credit for the one I did not receive and told me to keep the one that was sent instead. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I highly recommend their products.
