I love your products, stumbled upon them by accident at the coast a year ago, and was excited to order them for an upcoming family trip. My only issue with my order was with the shipping. A few days after placing my order I thought it was strange that I hadn't received any shipping confirmation, so I called in. Apparently one of my products was out of stock so that had been the holdup. I was offered a similar color which was fine. A few days later, still no shipping confirmation so I called back. My order was still on hold/flagged for the out of stock item issue so shipping/fulfillment hadn't been sent the ticket. That was corrected and my items shipped. In the end, I got my items in time for the family trip I'd ordered them for so all's good and I'm a happy camper (kids love theirs too). But it was a bit frustrating having to call (especially the second time) to check on the status of my order to ultimately get it shipped.
