After a considerable delay in getting my handrail the Managing Director of Simple Handrails undertook to resolve this problem as soon as I made his Company aware of it. It transpired that Simple Handrails on receiving my online order had filled it quickly and handed it over to a national delivery company to make the delivery. For some reason the delivery company lost it and it stayed buried in their depot until Simple Handrails, having waited an hour for the carrier to answer their phone, got them to locate it and get it expressed to me. I am delighted to say that the handrail arrived the very next day. All credit goes to Dan Simple Handrails Managing Director who sorted things immediately and personally kept me informed as to his progress. This is Customer Service at its very best.
