I cannot recommend the guys at Simplehandrails highly enough. I needed a handrail urgently in preparation for my father coming home from hospital. I jumped on the live chat on Monday morning and explained my circumstances and the guys went out of there way to have it to me the following day. I offered to pay extra for the delivery but was told that under no circumstances would they accept any money and they would ensure it would be with me in time. By Tuesday lunchtime the rail had arrived and it’s now up - 72 hours from order!! You have made a stressful time so much easier for my family.
