Placed an order on 22 04 2021 Half the order arrived very prompt the other half went missing .contacted simplehand rails they said would resend got conformation on 07 05 2021 would receive it via DHL on 10 05 2021 still not received it parcel has gone missing again still trying to get half my order 19 days later.
