Took three attempts to finally receive my order, first time damaged in transit, second time wrong item was delivered, third time item all correct. Would I order from simple handrails again? I would 100% definitely order from again. Why you ask? Well two reasons....... Firstly, the quality of the goods and at a price thats insanely cheap for the quality. Secondly, The customer service received, first time when received damaged wasn't their fault and managed to get replacement item delivered in 3 days. Second time around yes it was their fault but again items resent and received in less than 3 days. Both times it took a quick call or email to their sales team and issue was rectified.
