I placed my order for three handrails which were all delivered promptly. When I tried to connect the brackets to the handrails, the spacing between the holes in the handrail was wider than the spacing between the holes in the bracket. I contacted Simple Handrails and have been advised that the wrong brackets had been sent by mistake. I've been told that replacement brackets have been dispatched. The error is unfortunate but the response and solution was very good.
