ALL THE PARTS INCLUDING SCREWS AND RAWLPLUGS WERE INCLUDED. VERY STRAIGHTFORWARD TO CONSTRUCT AND EASY FOR ANY COMPETENT DIY'ER TO INSTALL. TOOK ME ROUGHLY 2 HOURS TO GET BOTH HANDRAILS UP. FEELS NICELY SOLID AND SECURE ON THE WALL AND THE STAINLESS STEEL IS A LOVELY CLEAN AND SMOOTH FINISH FOR THE OUTSIDE. OVERALL VERY PLEASED AND I WOULD CERTAINLY USE SIMPLEHANDRAILS AGAIN
