I found customer service very helpful and professional, ordering very easy and delivery 1st class with regular updates on the status of the order and expected delivery day. The handrail and fixings are of excellent quality, the only downside I would say is that the screws sent were 2 1/2 inch wood screws and the rawplugs 1 1/2 inch when I called to query this the tech department said they were fit for purpose, I would have to disagree the screws were too long and did not fit the rawplugs, and for an outside wall fixing should not have been wood screws.
