After sales and tele persons are great to deal with. Originally our package was damaged and delivery driver asked us to check as he’d had to pick parts up and reseal. Well on checking we thought one of the rail ends was missing ….I contacted company and they were brilliant, no needless questions or time wasted …not a problem replacement was being sent that day 5* service….well how stupid did we feel few minutes later finding aforementioned item behind kettle! Quick phone call back to cancel and apologise…once again superb! On our joiners recommendation we needed another bracket on each rail ……phoned company order done, price fantastic and once again superb customer service! I think you see the pattern ….fantastic service from online purchase till now, can’t recommend highly enough. 🌟
