Needed a handrail for Christmas. Online chat with someone from the shop. They said the product was in stock and to order and they would make sure it was picked and sent for delivery ASAP. This was in the evening.
Two days later the hand rail turned up in pristine condition, very well wrapped with all the bits. There was even screws and plugs included.
The oak handrail is spotless, no knots, splits, twists. Looks great now fitted.
I did think the 40x40mm would be too small but the size is perfect.
Brilliant company to deal with. Highly recommend.
