Brilliant customer service. I ordered a handrail which arrived on time. However the box of brackets came free from the handrail and was left in the van. Fortunately my wife queried the driver and he found the missing box. Unpacking the goods for fitting, I noticed that there was one more bracket fitting point on the handrail than there were brackets. I called Simple Handrails, who were extremely apologetic and promised to send a replacement that day. From the time of my call to receiving a message from the courier to say that they'd picked up my package was around ten minutes! This is incredibly good customer service and well beyond my expectations. This is indeed an excellent company to deal with, although the packaging department might like to have a think about the likely effect of bumps and thumps in the delivery process on the goods. Apart from the box of brackets becoming detached from the handrail, the end of the handrail was a bit scuffed because the bubblewrap had been torn. However a bit of energetic polishing soon fixed this. I would certainly buy from this company in the future.
