The handrail and hardware are pretty much as the website photographs. The hardware is the best bit. I was expecting to see the rails oiled but they don't appear to be. When checking the invoice and the order the finish isn't listed so maybe that was my fault. The quality of the cut on the rails isn't brilliant hence three stars. It looks like the saw has been forced through tearing the grain on the saw exit about 2-3mm. Too much hassle to return and then wait for replacements. Will just need to rub down and put on the underside out of sight.
