Very nice oak handrail, prompt delivery. Only snag is that the brackets are difficult to adjust to the correct angle and they are too loose or too tight with the Allen key adjustment. This makes fitting tricky as once screwed in to the handrail you can't adjust the angle without taking bracket off the handrail and using the Allen key making the job difficult. Delivery OK but a day late and no advance notice of delivery time.
