Handrail is nice quality and was delivered well packaged, though no instructions or guidance for fitting. Fitting the end caps required drilling a hole precisely into the centre of the end of the pole - any tiny fraction of a millimetre out and it really shows afterwards. Would suggest either supplying a drilling template with the rail, or else making the spigot adjustable so it can be aligned. In the end I had to modify the ones that were sent so that I could adjust the alignment. A bit disappointing on such an expensive product. Looks good now it's in though
