Not had the handrail delivered yet but the communication has been poor and the delivery has been marked as completed even though it hasn't been delivered yet... UPDATE: Now been delivered and a couple of points on the product: - Missing a few screws (plastic end cap ones), - The wood was quite warped so took a fair amount of manhandling to get on (I kept it flat after it was delivered so it wasn't how I was storing it) - The end caps are not finished very well, one was fine but the other was not fully finished - The end caps needed adhesive to stay on, which was not described in the instructions so I'm not sure if that's expected The finished article looks good but was a real pain to fit with regular annoyances
