Lorna and her colleagues were very helpful in getting me the information I needed to make my order. The components were built and prepared well. So I’m very happy with all of that. We did have some problems with shipping though. Most items turned up on time. The handrail itself, came via a different shipping company – Tuffnells. All day long Tuffnells told me that the item would be delivered by 6pm. Even five minutes before they told me the same thing. The delivery never came, which was very frustrating. I had to pick it up myself from their depot the next day.
