The handrail is great but the stress of trying to get it delivered outweighs that. The website is very clever so long as it works and the buyer is very techy. Trying to speak to a human is too hard. Straight after ordering I received regular text messages about delivery being imminent. However, they stopped and no delivery happened until I chased it up 12 days later.
