Quality of the handrail seems to be very good and it came supplied with stainless steel screws and wall plugs for fitting to wall, which was a nice surprise. Delivery was within the 3 to 12 working days quoted at time of ordering, albeit towards the higher end. One little thing that has meant a rating of 4 rather than 5 is the so-called tracking system on the SimpleHandrails website. This simply did not get updated. Two days after my handrail was delivered it still said that my order was being prepared and that the data would be updated once it was ready for dispatch. Clearly this was incorrect. Additionally I received an email saying that my order was on its way on 16 June but the Tuffnells system only said that it had been collected on 18 June, which was confusing.
