The actual product is well made, and of great quality. I deducted one star because an incorrect order was supplied, and despite contacting the company messages regarding the replacement order were not passed on....to the correct persons, resulting in a mixed level of customer service. I always try to buy British and this company was recommended to me by my joiner, who sang the praises of the products. Personally, I would use this company again, once in touch with the correct person the replacement rail was dispatched overnight....and you cant say fairer than that.
