Ordered 7 items, one turned up.
All other items I never received. I had to follow up by email to find out where my remaining items we, to be informed they had been returned... Not by me, I never saw them. Had to follow this up again to obtain a refund.
Poor customer service, terrible delivery service.
Never had these issues when it was Figleaves.
