I'v had an account for years, I make over the minimum repayment every month. I am nowhere near my credit limit but I have recently tried to make a purchase using my account and it repeatedly tells me "something when wrong". I've not used them very often because of the common problem of sizes not being available but I have had enough now and won't be using my account. As an aside, I find the clothes are not modelled to show them to their advantage and quite frankly I find some of the poses in the pictures rather distasteful.

You are now a dreadful company. You will not refund me as even though you have my return (as confirmed by email) you have not processed it. You will not give me my money. No help available now you are no longer UL based. I’m refusing to buy from you ever again. It’s fraud. You are charlatans and should be closed down.

Somebody opened an account in my name , not my legal name and now they will not close it down and are threatening to take me to court. Every month a new set of lies and more money added to the account. Probably my worst every experience with a company that does not care

Simply be, beyond shocked and disappointed from a once loyal customer. You have debited my card without my permission which is fraud. A dispute has been raised by the bank and I have sent multiple emails to yourself but have received no response. I placed an order with you back in April for 2 pairs of jeans. The parcel was lost and so I was refunded - this means this transaction is closed. Over 2 months the s later you have found the parcel and re-debited my card - without any prior consent from myself - this is illegal. How can you feel this is acceptable to do? Still waiting for a response from yourselves on this incident.

I would leave no stars if I could. Absolutely disgusting company. Reading other reviews here too, simply be obviously like to steal from their customers. I originally ordered a pair of boots for £54.00. They were too big so I returned them via Evri through local shop. A few weeks later I received a parcel from simply be containing an absolutely disgusting pair of mens holey well worn trainers with a note attached saying wrong item sent back! Obviously someone has scammed either from the shop or driver and so I contacted simply be. They hardly bother to reply and if they do they insinuate you are the scammer. Their customer service is beyond abysmal and I will obviously never use them again nor will anyone I know. They are a disgusting immoral company abd do not care at all about customer care.

I ordered a dress that I have in numerous different patterns. When it came it was in my estimate a size 16+ rather than a size 10 as was on the label. I sent an email requesting a replacement or return as the product was faulty. I even attached a photo of me wearing the dress, clearly outsized. I asked if I needed to return if they would reimburse the 5.99 I paid for fast delivery. I received a generic email in response saying different vendors have different sizes and to follow the normal returns process. Really disappointing as the item is not a size 10.

Basically being called a liar claiming a dress I returned had been worn which it most certainly hadn’t I returned with tags and they returned it back to me without tags claiming it had been worn and expecting me to pay £74 for this item absolutely shocking customer services and as mentioned it is theft on their behalf be warned stay away from this company

Recently returned 2 items with label on which cost 94 they have returned them saying they are worn. Account closed and quite frankly this is nothing short of theft.

The shoes themselves were OK except one had a fault so I wanted to return them. I called customer service to ask how I do an exchange ( you cant, you have to buy a new pair, return the old ones the call them to ask for a refund for the difference as I have a new customer discount code). That was all ok except for the fact that today I got my phone bill and was charged £8 for a 10min conversation for them to tell me tat. And had I called again to get the refund, it would have cost me more than the refund. Not happy with that at all.

They never have anything above a size 12 in stock. It's such a complete waste of time. And, to add insult to injury, there is no filter for showing only items in stock. It has been a frustrating and poor experience being their customer and I'm not wasting any more of my time with them.

I ordered and paid via applepay for Sloggi items advertised on Simply Be’s website. The next day i received an email cancelling my order due to stock having run out! No mention of a refund of my cash payment! I phoned Customer Services. Amber was impossible to deal with and she could not understand that if a customer has their ordered cancelled by email, normal business practice is for advice of a refund to be referred to in the same notice. Customers should not have to seek this information. I will not be using this so called company again as it also seems that it doesn’t carry stock but tries to source it after a customer has paid.

I regret ordering from simply be, absolutely disgraceful service. My items got delivered to the wrong address, 4 hours away from my address, I’ve contacted them 5 times now to rectify this and all they can say is they cannot refund me due to their protocols. I have paid for my items but not received them as simply be did not post out my items to my address and now the evri delivery driver attempted to collect it from this random address but would not because there’s no bar code to scan. I am out of pocket by £25, not received my items and simplybe refuse to refund me. Absolutely shocking and disgusting service. Will not be ordering from them again, I definitely do not recommend shopping here you will never receive your items.

Purchased twice in a week and although nothing was wrong with items or delivery, I have had 2 pending payment transactions for the amount of the largest items in my order. It left me short on cash until the pending transaction come back to me unless they take them I'm going to have to wait longer to report it. Will never order from them again as I don't want to be punished for simply purchasing an item. there are better shops online and high street that will not do this and get the same or similar items. I'll go to them in the future.

I must have once clicked on simplybe website and now my inbox drowning in their rubbish. I have gone through everything and cannot find how to unsubscribe. Nothing. Just one answer saying is there a problem with your account ? Never had one don’t like a single thing they sell just want to clear them out! Any ideas please?

Like many people on here, Simply Be seem to be unable to divert parcels once despatched, they do not respond to email complaints, and yet their competition can, so clearly the answer is, go elsewhere.

Paid for next day delivery only for the order to be sent to an incorrect address. When requested a new order be sent to correct their mistake, they wanted me to pay for the order a second time. Terrible customer service, no resolution to their mistake.
