First time ordering for my holiday - had a text to receive items had been delivered to the shop, went to collect but they had no trace of it . After several conversations on the help chat turns out it was accidentally sent back because of a faulty barcode. Have been told twice I would receive my refund by a selected day - hasn’t come, rang the customer services who said it’s going to investigate this and will be a minimum of 3-5 working days before this is even investigated and about 14 days for a full refund. Meaning NO holiday clothes and nearly £200 out of pocket.
The worst online experience I’ve ever had. Will never order again from simply be. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
