Simply be, beyond shocked and disappointed from a once loyal customer. You have debited my card without my permission which is fraud. A dispute has been raised by the bank and I have sent multiple emails to yourself but have received no response. I placed an order with you back in April for 2 pairs of jeans. The parcel was lost and so I was refunded - this means this transaction is closed. Over 2 months the s later you have found the parcel and re-debited my card - without any prior consent from myself - this is illegal. How can you feel this is acceptable to do? Still waiting for a response from yourselves on this incident.
