My parcel went missing 3 weeks ago, despite verifying with EVRI that the parcel has gone missing and saying that they would process a refund once this was verified, there has been no further action on this case.
When I sent a follow up email, I had a response talking about returning a damaged parcel from someone who had clearly not read the previous emails. The parcel was not damaged, it was missing. Since I corrected this I have just been ignored, despite sending a screenshot of my EVRI email as evidence. Despite the fact it was EVRI who delivered the parcel to the wrong place, by comparison their customer service was much better and they did all they could to help with this case.
On Simply Be’s end, I have had no refund and there seems to be no effort to resolve this, I also do not have the item that I ordered, so it was a complete waste to order from Simply Be.
