I switched to you guys for new homeowners insurance back in May 2021 at the end of 2021 I needed a home equity loan. The bank needed to put my insurance on their loan Yall called me and said There is issues that need to be addressed with my 4point that was done close to one year ago and you held up and delayed me from getting my loan! any issues that could’ve been solved it should’ve been when the 4point inspection was done,
