I applied for 5 policies. I thought everything was set. The first time I received a call that said the policies needed to be paid for before they could be put into place. After a few calls, that was taken care of. A month later, I get a call saying one of my policies was not paid for. I made several calls and was promised a callback within a certain period of time twice, that didn't happen. I finally made contact with the underwriter and was told I would get a DocuSign that day and that I did not owe money. That was two days ago. I'm still waiting for the DocuSign and the email with an explanation. This was all done on line.
