Overall it went smoothly and am very satisfied with the service and the process. I was able to receive one quote quickly online and another quote from my sales rep while we were on the initial phone call. It was great to have a platform that was able to retrieve information and generate a quote you could bind right on the spot. And, Sue Brownlee took the time to find a second quote and walked me through the coverage and explained things thoroughly. She was pleasant and prompt with her correspondence through email and telephone.
However, the one negative I did have was when filling out all the information online and having to repeat myself to a sales rep because they didn't have my information I just filled out in front of them. I wasn't ready to bind and pay immediately so I closed out of the program. It was great that someone called me immediately after I closed the website, but when my sales rep was connected to me, the same information I just filled out online was not available to her. So I had to take the extra 15 minutes to answer those questions again. These were the basic profile questions, general questions about the house, etc. That's frustrating. I think if a call will be made soon after an online request has been created, the sales rep should have that information available to view before being connected. Reconfirming contact information is one thing, but not having it all together is another.
