Communication by the agent should have been better. I was the one who caught that payment to the insurance was not immediately made because the closing company did not understand how to pay the insurance so I had to pay the insurance and get reimbursed from the closing company. the mortgage company had to request the rider 2 times. There was a delay by the agent in obtaining the insurance.
