I ordered a digital pattern for speed and convenience after purchasing the pattern I assumed it would be instantly downloaded like every other company. I wasn’t sent a download link for it. So I contacted the company in the hope they’d resolve the issue and I received a reply with a reference number saying someone will get back to me. They could have just sent the download! There isn’t a customer service phone number. So I won’t recommend Sirdar to my fellow crafters.
