“Zero stars is what they deserve. Ordered from them and received an email saying a shipping label had been created and it was awaiting USPS pick up. Six days later tracking is still saying the exact same thing. Emailed the company and they simply replied it had been shipped and included tracking again. Same exact thing, shipping label has been created and awaiting USPS pick up. I'm glad I only ordered one item from them since I am sure they will soon quit replying to my emails like many other reviews (which stupid me did not check before ordering from them) have said they have done to them.”
“Please save yourself a headache and don’t order from Sirdar. Zero is a better rating for them. Ordered some yarn and saw a mistake on the address that wouldn’t have prevented it from getting it. Contacted them to change since they were taking days to ship it out anyway, they just shipped it and got back to k my afterwards. I tracked it, but it never arrived to my unit. Emailed them and they were quick to respond and even said they’d ship a replacement, but they haven’t. They’re no longer responding to emails. Now I’m out of $30 and the baby won’t have its blanket it seems.”
“I ordered a digital pattern for speed and convenience after purchasing the pattern I assumed it would be instantly downloaded like every other company. I wasn’t sent a download link for it. So I contacted the company in the hope they’d resolve the issue and I received a reply with a reference number saying someone will get back to me. They could have just sent the download! There isn’t a customer service phone number. So I won’t recommend Sirdar to my fellow crafters.”
“I haven't received an order even though the money was taken out of my account 3 weeks ago. I have been chasing the order for over a week now by email and telephone. I keep being told someone will call me back that day and so far no-one has bothered to call. At the moment I am £38 down. I have asked for a refund but nothing has been returned to me. I will never order from Sirdar again. They offer terrible customer service!”
