I sure wish 0 stars was an option. As an avid business traveler I thought I would give them a try and maybe save my client a few bucks. Those good intentions ended up costing me $100 bucks because I cancelled at the counter after dealing with a rude employee who wanted to change my rate to $165 dollars a day....the booking was for $40 a day.
Had to go over to AVIS. I give SixT the blue ribbon award for the worst company I've delt with in years.
Update....customer service said....sorry, no refund.
