The app did not track where I was (my fault for not double checking?) and the food was sent to my work, 10 minute drive from my house. The driver called me and said skip wouldn’t reimburse him to drive the extra 10 minutes, but if I reimbursed him he would come. Told him I don’t keep cash at home. Food wasn’t delivered. Chatted with help, they said my fault, the app works fine. They would credit my account once. I will use the credit and never use them after that.
