Placed an order today and the site said that delivery was 20-30 minutes and I've ordered from this restaurant using Skip the Dishes before. I got a message 40 minutes after ordering saying the driver was on his way. The website map had him sitting at the restaurant since about 1:15 pm, the site said he left at 1:40. Was on chat with someone who cancelled the order and said I wouldn't get the order. A decent customer service person would have given me a refund for the inconvenience and delivered the food, especially since I'm doing a live online course today and had limited time for lunch. I've had delivery issues before that I overlooked, but this was the straw that breaks the camels back. I'll never order from this company again.
