Title : Skip The Customer Service kind of company?!!- Do Not order from them Super Shocked at the customer service-this is the most frustrating situation and unbelievable claim that we have requested refunds and can not be provided service for our order delivered to incorrect location?. Completely incorrect information as we have never requested a refund ever!!. How can a order be delivered to the wrong location and refused a refund or skip credit, the customer service rep would not even take the time to chat with me? Plus we do not have a history of refunds with your organization ? This is the most ridiculous response from a customer service person and company such a skip the dishes- are you guys now a skip the customer service kind of company?
