So after years of using skip and the thousands and thousands of dollars ive spent, they told me that they won't refund any items anymore ever again because when the restaurant makes a mistake I let them know. And normally they would make it right but today they told me since ive made a bunch of complaints over the years that they will never again help me when a mistake is made. All this over a breakfast sandwich btw lol and the lady monika was SO rude she cut me off and told me its to bad and ended the chat before I could even answer. I have screen shots of everything and ive only complained when mistakes were made. They don't care how much money you spend over the years, eventually if they make mistakes outta every 5 orders you place, they will eventually cut you off and are beyond rude about it. They say they care and there so sorry this happened but that's all BS they don't care about your or how much you spend. Be prepared to have terrible service and to be told your the problem when they make mistakes . I would give 0 stars but I can only give one. Very disappointed in this company but I have no problem going threw uber eats or whatever else they have out there. You guys lost a loyal customer.
