Used to be a good place to drive for. Until they stopped replying to me. Feel awful but here is my experience... All I need was a return to reactivate my status... I have no choice but to take this up as high as possible, even involving legal groups looking to empower thyselves and aligning driver advocates advocate groups, and of course Government and legal bodies that could use my help.... I am left because no one is getting back to me for a simple question. Please understand that I have had to reach out to you "skip the dishes" directly on numerous occasions but with no engagements, I've been forced to approach government agencies that have an immediate connection to worker rights with range from driving duration is inclement weather to unnecessarily driving shifts breaks. Please understand that the only reason that I have gone to this level of complaint is very simple. I have been trying to get an issue as a driver responded to but nobody feels it's necessary to reply. I guess this should help or I will begin to escalate as early as tomorrow. My background is a career in Sr. Manager copy lead for over 3 years. In November 2024, my cellphone fell down and found broken while working for skip the dishes shift. They revoked my account without any reason, only because I couldn't able to deliver my last order due to broken cellphone. During that time I was speaking with a courier manager and told her that my cellphone is broken and I could not able to deliver right now. And she replied that my account has been inactive now and they cut off permanently just one day later!!! I was inactive because of my cellphone broken while driving for Skip the dishes. Furthermore, I told my "friendly courier manager" I'd be back on the road within next day only once I replace it with my new cellphone. "She was clearly pleased and wished me the best for my upcoming driving.. No warnings about deactivation or revoked, no ability to have someone contact me, they knew I just bought a cellphone to deliver and now I'm being ghosted. That is not a good strategy. I will continue this daily to reach the correct person in the company, government, consumer advocate, and every other bureau to ensure my restoration... All this could have been avoided with one return email of activation of my account.
