Sky installed our new 500mb "super fast" broadband last week, the engineer put the hub at one side of the house and told us to phone sky to get a booster as no WiFi in the living room or my wfh office. Called sky who said they would call back in two days to try and resolve the issue (they were having trouble with their systems). Surprise surprise no one called back. Chased up 4 days later as we don't have working broadband other than in the bedroom where the hub was installed. Was told we are not guaranteed broadband in every room of the house and if we wanted broadband to work in our living room then we would have to buy a sky max subscription. Absolute joke! Out of pocket as having to pay for the 4 days of broadband that we haven't used. Needless to say we have cancelled.
