Sky have had the monopoly on TV for many years, as such they can rest on their laurels, or can they, with poor customer service and long wait times for installation they maybe near to losing that market.
I had sky for 20 years all " ok" until I was told I had to have the very poor rated Q box!
Installation was quick and stopped working 15 minutes after engineer leaving, after many calls we had to wait 2 months for them to return.
In that time Netflix, Disney and amazon prime kept us entertained.
We worked out it was cheaper than sky with more films and TV.
Today engineer is due to fix the the Q problem, he called to say he couldn't get here due to snow and road closed off, weird as IKEA and tesco both came today for other residents and hermes also delivered a parcel!!! Goodbye Sky
