I have cancelled and returned the equipment, still I have been charged with £115 for the equipment. When i spoke to the customer services, after an hour discussion, i was told they will refund in 3-5 working days.
Still no refund and today I spent another 30 min on the call. Someone saying the same. The call center in India is not working well. So.done even advised me that I can go to the bank and ask for £100 until it is refunded by Sky. Seriously!!!!
Is that what you tell your customer when you by mistake take the money from customers account??
I called again today, i had to go through three different people. What a waste of time.
