Where do I start, been a loyal customer of SKY for 15 years but not for much longer if they don’t improve their service absolutely shocking, reported a fault with one of the 2 iPhone contracts I have with back in October I have been back & forth for over 2 months & spent over 5 hours over the phone to which I have now have to wait up to another 4-6 weeks that’s if goes smoothly which I’m not holding my breath before the phone will have be repaired after their repair agent sent it back unrepaired because the IME did not match, after another hour & half yesterday on the phone SKY confirmed the number was correct & couldn’t understand why they sent it back, any decent company which SKY use to be would just send me another new phone because how long I waited but NO. Please anyone reading this that’s looking for new phone contract avoid SKY at all costs WORSE COMPANY AT THERE.
