When the time for billing came, my payment method failed due to card having been cancelled. I honestly thought I had a DD with them.
So they sent me an email about it on the spot, and I immediately logged on and changed the payment method. Instead of them taking the payment right there and then, they decided to email me to tell me all is fine and that, not to worry, they would take double the amount on the next payment run. They, word for word, told me that I did not have to do anything.
Then I got a blank marker on my credit score.
Disgusting nasty people. Can't wait for contract to end.
