My mum joined Sky for the first ever time in late May 2023. After numerous technical issues she was offered £50 gogw Tesco vouchers which I was told (I called and dealt with everytime on my mums behalf) 5 different timescale, the final one being 27th June. That date has now passed and what a shock, no vouchers. Called Sky and given yet another timescale. Basically the company that sends the vouchers (Edenred) are STILL waiting for Sky directors to sign off my mums vouchers as well as many other customers vouchers for referrals. I know this as I could hear the conversation between Sky and Eden red.
Based on this, I would strongly suggest that you DO NOT tell anyone you refer that they will get vouchers.
Sky make promises they cannot keep it seems and just keep giving the customers timescale after timescale.
