Where do I start....decided to move provider of tv/broadband/phone to Sky a couple of weeks ago, my contract start date was Monday 5th of August I was assured that my Internet would be up and running on that day along with the other services as I explained my wife needs an Internet connection on Tuesday at 9 as she had online consultations with patients every day and group consultations I was assured again it would be up and running then.
I recieved my Sky puck about a week ago and was just waiting on the sky router to be delivered.Nothing was delivered by the postman on the contracted start day early afternoon, so I phoned and they told me it was coming on Tuesday the 6th August, I was furious after all the promises that it would be up and running on the 5th August.
Another promise was giving to me that it would arrive on Tuesday the 6th before 9am.Nothing arrived by 9.30am so I phoned and cancelled the contract and then recieved a message saying it would be Wednesday the 7th Aug.
Worst service I have recieved in a long time customer service just lie and give you false promises I would say stay well clear of Sky and pay a bit extra for a decent provider because all Sky care about is making money above any customer.
