I can’t stress how poor the service I have received from the Sky Team. Went to purchase broadband and Sky Q to which I received Sky Stream. When calling to raise the mistake, the relevant consultant made another account on my name for Sky Q without cancelling the Stream and broadband account to claim another sale but leave me charging for 2 accounts. After being charged and looking to solve the problem, no compensation has been given apart from a pathetic apology. I know have to wait 2 months for this to be installed and it will be 3 months without any service to which I have been searching for. If you can find an alternative I would and not be with this company.
