Our Sky tv stopped working over a month ago. We had to wait 3 and a half weeks for an engineer. I waited in all day for Sky, rang 3 times to be assured an engineer was on his way. No one came, no apologies, no call. I have rung again, a painful experience in itself. Apparently need to wait another 3 weeks for an engineer. Given up and will find another provider
