If there was a zero star or a minus zero I would give it. My daughter and her boyfriend set up another broadband account without my permission because mine was not fast enough. When the moved out a little later they left me with no Wi-Fi and my sky useless and I was still paying for the service. When I asked sky to reinstate my Wi-Fi apparently it is not as straight forward as it sounds and would have to set up a new account and enter a new contract...WHAT!!! My line should not have been able to have been used in the first place. Be warned anyone can use your line to set up an account and without your approval, any teenagers in the house can set this up and the only time you will be made aware is when sky stop your internet to install theirs. Then when they leave with no forwarding details or means of contact to ask to cancel their account....sky can't and have not reinstated my WiFi. I have had no end of tears, lost money as I can't work from home have had to pay for mobile Data and have the cheek to email me to try and upscale me sky products. People beware your line can be hijacked at anytime by anyone in your house. Sky you disgust me, especially as you reassured me the problem had been resolved. Will be seeking legal advice
