Don't get Sky they'll give you a good deaI then they'll start taking more money off you, they'll put your bill up without your knowledge.
I started a new 18 months contract with Sky in January this year which was agreed as £46 a month for the package. Didn't check my bills until today the 24th August and realised that they increased my bill to £62.20 from June without my knowledge.
I then called to complain and asked why they did that and they said somehow my contract of £46 disappeared from the system and that was the new price I had to pay. After a long battle I get them to agree to a £50.20.
That's shocking and immoral from sky, if you want to get out of their contract before the end you have to pay a big fine for that but they can break the agreement without any problem. Stay away even if you think you're getting a great deal.
At least the customer service was very good I spoke to 2 guys and they were very polite and helpful, Fahram who helped with my bills had to get authorisation from his manageress as it is not down to him to change the bills.
