Great customer service, very friendly and helpful on the phone. House was amazing and everything went smoothly.
Just took off one star as the week before we went I had an email from group stays to say we owed security deposit ( which we’d already paid) , but after a phone call they explained the company had a different name and they were in the process changing it, just made me a bit anxious
